Every district is different, so your final pricing is built around your schools, enrollment, and expected usage, and is confirmed in your agreement. EdgeGuidance is licensed per school by enrollment, with a one‑time $1,800 setup per school and volume discounts for districts. Handbook Auditor and PolicyGuard each include a one‑time $1,800 setup and a base subscription starting at $1,500 per year with a usage allotment; higher usage tiers are available, and any usage beyond your allotment is billed monthly. Unlimited plans and complete document support are custom quoted.
